The leader of the terrorist group Harakat al-Nidhal in the hands of the anonymous soldiers of Imam al-Zaman (pbuh)

The terrorist organization of the Al-Nidhal Al-Arabi Letahrir Al-Ahvaz (Arab Struggle Movement for the Liberation of Ahvaz), was established in 1997, in Iran, under the guise of political and cultural activities in the form of an illegal and unlicensed party

Habib Jabr Nabgan, a leader of this terrorist group, with the cooperation of other individuals who had fled to Europe and the United States formed the membership of this group. Although this terrorist group was originally set up to take action against and confront the Islamic Republic of Iran, with the aim of inciting Arab ethnicity and eventually creating separatism in Khuzestan of Iran, but in less than 8 years it ended in formation of the military branch of the terrorist group, called Kata’eb Mohi-ud-Din Al-Nasser and perpetration of acts of terrorism.

The 2005 bombing in Ahvaz city was the result of a decision by members of the group’s central council in their secret meetings.

The bombings of the Ahvaz Governor’s Office, the Housing and Urban Development Organization, the Management and Planning Organization, the central building of the Sugarcane Development Project, the armed robbery of the Ahvaz Export Bank, the explosion of oil wells and several oil pipelines, the killing of defenseless people and several other terrorist operations are among the terrorist actions perpetrated by the military branch of the Harakat al-Nidhal.

The terrorist group’s central council claimed responsibility for all its assassinations and armed actions in Khuzestan province, by producing and distributing CDs and official statements, and even threatened to repeat their terrorist acts.

The leaders of this terrorist group are stationed in European countries, and under their support, and their main elements, under different nicknames, have perpetrated terrorist acts, such as the explosion in Saman Bank in Ahvaz, bombings in different parts of Ahvaz coastal park, attacks on military and police forces, attacks on public places and facilities such as bank ATMs and municipal service centers and dozens of other crimes which are continued.

The terrorist acts of Harakat al-Nadhal led to the martyrdom and injury of more than 450 innocent Iranian men, women and children in Khuzestan province.

The terrorist attack on the military and law enforcement forces parade and on September 22, 2018 in Ahvaz city and the brutal killing of oppressed citizens were also part of the terrorist operations of the Harakat al-Nidhal, the direct responsibility of which were officially claimed by the spokesman and leaders of the terrorist group.

On February 13 and 14 of 2016, the city of Warsaw, the capital of Poland, hosted a gathering on peace and security in the Middle East, which was hold in coordination with the Americans. The US Secretary of State Pompeo, who hold this meeting with extensive lobbying, wanted the Warsaw meeting to turn into a place for a global consensus against Iran, which, of course, did not succeed. However, with the US financial support, various anti-revolutionary groups arrived in Warsaw, at the persuasion of the Americans to form, at least, part of the US propaganda show against Iran.

One of the passengers in Warsaw, Habib Farajullah Chaab, was a leading member of the terrorist group of Harakat al-Nidhal.

Following the steps taken through the International Plolice- Interpol-, in 2007, the Iranian police issued a Red Warrant, based on the terrorist activities of the Harakat al-Nidhal terrorist group and the role of Habib Farajullah Chaab in those terrorist operations, and this international warrant led to the arrest of Habib Farajullah Chaab on arrive at Warsaw airport.

Following the arrest of this terrorist element in Poland, and in accordance with the international law which gave the Islamic Republic of Iran the right of prosecuting Farajullah Chaab, the Iranian authorities demanded his extradition to Iran.

Simultaneously with Iran’s request, Saudi Arabia and the Americans began to press the Polish government to prevent the extradition of the criminal to Iran.

Even the Americans, with the participation of the Saudis, forced the Swedish government, as the host country of Habib Farajullah Chaab, to send a delegation to Poland to follow the situation of this terrorist.

Finally, despite provision of inviolable documents on the role of Habib Farajullah Chaab in the numerous terrorist acts, the Polish court was forced to release him under pressure from the United States, Saudi Arabia and Israel.
